Auto Insurance BS?
All i want and need is the basic required by FL law – Personal injury protection – 10k and Property damage liability. The fact that i have no previous insurance and an accident on my record i did receive a high quote (from Progressive), which was $850! Ok, fine…….but because i only want the basic coverage….my car is an ’02 Kia, they dont let me have that broken down to payments, i have to pay that in full every 6 months! They said is to encourage people not to only have that simple coverage. What BS! Are all insurance companies like that? Because i really dont have 850 just laying in my account as spare money…=/
No not all insurance companies STINK like progressive…. and I answered your other question and I will answer this question with my same response!!!
Well that’s just silly! BUT that’s progressive for you!!
Call another company for an auto quote!!!! The last thing you want is to have your insurance lapse because they won’t allow payment plan arrangements.
Maybe you could even find better insurance for less premium!
There are other companies who are more accommodating with payment plans and special claim handling service (rated better in expert claim handling and customer service) than progressive. Progressive is pretty much good for high risk drivers.
SOOO before you let this time sensitive matter go to long, call another insurance company and get an active policy with them just cancel your progressive policy (THEN you will see that they will try to do anything to save ya!)
BEFORE YOU GET TOO FRUSTRATED CALL ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY OTHER THAN PROGRESSIVE FOR A QUOTE!
